Our Process

How it works.

Initial Consultation

We meet with the SENCO, pastoral lead or referrer to understand the specific needs of the young person and how we can best support them.

Tailored Programme Design

We design a bespoke mentoring plan — 1-to-1 or small group — structured around each young person's emotional and social development goals.

Ongoing Sessions

Regular sessions are delivered in the community and on the pitch, using sport and physical activity as the vehicle for therapeutic conversation and growth.

Progress Reporting

We provide regular updates and progress reports so schools can track impact and share outcomes with parents and local authorities.

Our curriculum has AQA Unit Award Scheme units embedded throughout, giving young people recognition for the skills and achievements they build in every session.

Assess suitability & need

We assess suitability and level of need to ensure the right support and the right mentor match.

Confirm placement & start date

We confirm the placement and agree a start date that works for the young person, family and school.
