Max.

Professional Footballer & Co-Founder

“Sport taught me that failure is just part of the journey. We teach young people to see it that way too.”
My Story

How it started.

Max grew up playing football at Tamworth FC. He went on to earn a professional contract at Solihull Moors, then moved to Scunthorpe United.

Max has been coaching since he was 15 and has a real passion for helping young people. As a professional footballer he brings instant credibility — students buy in because of what he's achieved — and that credibility lets him connect with them quickly and build real trust.

Max also runs his own football coaching company, delivering 1-to-1 sessions to more than 50 children every week. It's given him years of experience reading young people, adapting sessions around them, and helping them grow — on and off the pitch.

Max has done years of work in alternative provision, using sport as the vehicle for therapeutic mentoring. He has huge experience working with SEND and SEMH boys and girls, and understands how to reach young people who mainstream settings have struggled to engage.
